Hi, I’m Victoria - a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Pilates Instructor, and a busy mum of two girls. I help time-stretched individuals feel better in their bodies by reconnecting them with the power of nutrition-without adding more stress to their plates.
Alongside running my practice, I also work as a Marketing Manager in the supplement industry, where I’ve spent over 10 years immersed in the world of health and wellness. That experience opened my eyes to something important:

That’s why I wanted to train as a Nutritional Therapist to offer realistic, personalised nutritional therapy that helps you feel more like yourself again - without perfection, pressure, or restriction.
