Hi, I’m Victoria – a registered Nutritional Therapist and Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted passion for all things health and wellness.

My passion for wellbeing began early. In my twenties, I worked as a lifeguard, swim teacher, gym instructor, and aerobics teacher, all while completing a degree in Marketing and Business. While I spent most of my career in marketing, I always stayed closely connected to health and fitness.

Things became more personal when my eldest daughter developed chronic digestive issues. After years of unanswered questions and countless GP visits, I began working for a nutritional supplement company in marketing, collaborating with Nutritional Therapists. Their advice improved her symptoms, but it wasn’t until we saw a therapist who used functional testing that we finally found the root cause. With the right support, my daughter recovered - and that experience changed everything for me.

It inspired me to go back to study, and I completed a three-year diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Now, I support clients to take control of their own health with personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice that fits real life - no fads, no quick fixes.

Alongside one-to-one client work, I also consult with supplement companies on product development and marketing, blending my experience in both fields.

I believe health isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you understand your body’s unique needs so you can feel your best - with simple, sustainable changes that actually work.
